All I know is that;
TTL = Transistor Transistor Logic
C-MOS = Complimentory Metal Oxide Semiconductor

(types of silicon chip)

so TTL/C-MOS must switch the logic circuits and
therefore the opperating voltages/tempretures.

As for the other 4 yo got me, Could RDY stand for
drive ready?
